Description

The organizers of the Porco Celta Cocido Festival by Sarria, are the members of the French Way Hospitality Association.

In its latest editions, it takes place in the main hall of the Sarria Livestock Market and consists of a massive banquet, where the main dish is Cocido de Porco Celta and is celebrated 15 days before Carnival Sunday.

The Celtic Pork Stew You can also taste that day, in the 3 organizing restaurants; he Hotel Alfonso IX, Hotel Rome, both from Sarria and the Hotel A Veiga from Samos.

The City of Sarria, Through the Tourism area, it collaborates closely with the event and organizes Fiporco (International Pig Fair) dedicated to displaying exhibitors of seasonal products essentially related to food.
